Laura Feeney, MSSA, LMSW, LISW-S, is a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with 24 years of experience working with a diverse population of all ages. She specializes in addiction, mood disorders, depression, anxiety, loss, trauma, behavioral issues, chronic relapse, life transitions, oppositional defiance, peer relationships, self-esteem, personality disorders, and other mental health issues. Interventions and approaches Laura may use in her sessions include cognitive behavioral, person-centered, relaxation and EMDR (eye movement and desensitization reprocessing). She facilitates the process of healing with a strengths-based perspective. Laura obtained her master’s degree in Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. She completed extensive rape crisis training as well as training to work with at-risk youth.
My husband and I, basically, just shared a house together as roommates with little to no communication. Counseling at CRSH enabled us to reconnect with each other. We both are much happier.
